Welcome to GitLeet (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "GitLeet"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform. By using our Service or registering on the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Description and Scope of Service

GitLeet is a tool that helps users automate their GitHub and LeetCode activities (commits, submissions, etc.). Technically, the Service performs actions on respective platforms on behalf of the user.

2. Important Disclaimer

GitLeet is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with GitHub Inc., LeetCode Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • Account Risk: Using automation that may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (GitHub/LeetCode) could lead to account suspension, banning, or data deletion.GitLeet assumes no responsibility for any such consequences.
  • Data Accuracy: The authenticity of the activities generated is the sole responsibility of the user. The Service is provided "as-is," and all risks remain with the user.

3. Account Security and Authorization

To use the Service, you must provide access permissions (OAuth or session cookies) for GitHub and/or LeetCode. While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect this information, GitLeet cannot be held responsible for suspicious activities on your account or access by third parties.

4. Pricing and Refund Policy

Products offered on GitLeet fall under the category of digital content/services. Due to the nature of "services performed instantly in electronic environment" or "intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer,"refunds are not available once the service has been initiated or the digital content accessed. We recommend reviewing the features of the Service carefully before making a payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, logos, and text on the platform belong to GitLeet. Copying, reproducing, or reverse-engineering any content from the Service is strictly prohibited.
